Dr. Kimberly Oberloh is a dual certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). She graduated from South Dakota State University in 2015, with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree. She then obtained a post-graduate degree for Psychiatric Mental Health after seeing the importance of the combination of both mental and physical health as a total picture.  She enjoys seeing patients of all ages and has experience with treating pediatrics.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, camping, traveling, and spending time with her husband, three kids,
and three dogs.

Laura Schirber,

Dr. Laura Schirber is dual certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner.  She graduated from South Dakota State University in 2015, with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree.  She practiced in gastroenterology for a number of years after graduating school.  She decided to obtain her psychiatric certification based on a desire to help patients optimize their health needs by focusing on both brain and body health as a whole picture.  She enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her husband, two children, and dog Roxy.

Megan Disse,

Megan Disse is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of healthcare experience. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2024, specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health. With a diverse background spanning intensive care, emergency departments, rural health, pediatric home care, and mental health case management, Megan brings a wealth of experience and compassion to her role at Optimum Mental Healthcare Professionals.

Throughout her career, Megan has worked with individuals facing severe mental illness, trauma, and co-occurring substance use, gaining a deep appreciation for the vital role mental health plays in overall wellness. She is committed to providing empathetic, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Her approach emphasizes listening, collaboration, and crafting personalized treatment plans that empower patients to achieve balance and improve their quality of life.

Originally from Minnesota, Megan moved to the Black Hills with her husband and two boys. She enjoys spending her free time hiking, mountain biking along the Mickelson Trail, camping with her family, and caring for their dogs and goats.

Connie Tschetter, 

CNP, Sleep Medicine 

Connie Tschetter, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in sleep medicine with over 10 years of experience. She is dedicated to improving patients’ health through better sleep. With a strong foundation in sleep medicine, she brings a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to the diagnosis and management of sleep disorders. Connie provides compassionate care for a wide range of sleep disorders, including sleep apnea, insomnia treated with cognitive behavioral therapy, REM-related conditions, and restless legs syndrome, as well as guiding patients through positive airway pressure therapy optimization and long-term management.

Known for her warm, straightforward communication style, Connie prioritizes patient education and shared decision-making. She believes that sleep is essential to overall well-being and works closely with each patient to develop personalized, practical treatment plans that fit their lifestyle. In her spare time, she enjoys rock climbing, backpacking, camping, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband and three children.
